In "Kind of Confidential" in the June/July issue, AJR said that the San Francisco Chronicle reporters who covered the BALCO case had been criticized for printing statements by the attorney -- who later said he was their source --complaining about grand jury leaks. The Chronicle did not print such statements by the attorney.
