Clarification

By AJR Staff

The profile of former USA Today reporter Toni Locy ("Hell on Heels") should have stated more clearly Locy's reasons for refusing to name confidential sources she spoke to about Steven Hatfill, named a "person of interest" by the government in the post-9/11 anthrax attacks but never charged. Locy says she refuses to name all of her anthrax sources because of something one or more of them may have told her about Hatfill.
