In the chart "Farewell to Foggy Bottom" accompanying "Retreating from the World" in AJR's Winter issue, we listed Paul Richter as covering the State Department for the Los Angeles Times. Richter, who used to be a Times Washington correspondent, now covers the department for the combined bureau of Tribune Co., the L.A. Times' parent company. His work appears in the Times and other Tribune papers.
